2013 4/26-5/5 Volunteer Callout – Urban Nomad Festival (Taipei Area)

It’s that time of the year to catch some of the best indie and short films in Taiwan, both local and international. The Urban Nomad Festival will be running from April 26th through May 5th and they also need a few good people to assist them to ensure another successful year of awesome films.

Remember, other ways you can help out is to also simply head to the event and catch a couple of flicks!

Language Proficiency: Fluctuates pending. Can be level 1-5.

TASK:
– event staff
– translators (English to Chinese, though very occasionally the other way around)

However, if you have some technical expertise you think they could could use, or really just can’t wait, please feel free to get in touch with them directly.

HOW TO VOLUNTEER: Please send us an email and tell us a bit about yourself, your qualifications and why you want to help out with Urban Nomad. Many applicants send a resume.

If you want to translate, please send a translation sample. Once we receive your email, we will reply with a short mail to let you know we have received it. Then about 6 weeks before the festival begins, we’ll get in touch to check your availability. Thanks again. By the way, you rock!
