2012 October Wishlist – Ingredients for Kids Lunches!

Welcome to donate some of the items below for our upcoming stop motion animation film workshop on the 20th in TaoShan with the kids!

We want to provide the kids with healthy vegetarian lunch options for the two days and strive to cook from scratch simple meals so they can also learn how to make these on their own. Looking forward to your support so we can see about allocating our resources to other parts of the workshop. For other ways to help, please check out the link! Basil (our most desired item) Pasta Enough to pack 6 cups worth
Potatoes (10lbs) Mashed Potatoes 10 lbs or 4.5 kg
Portbobello mushroom Gravy 4-5 pieces
shiitake mushrooms Gravy 2 lbs or 1 kg
cremini mushrooms Gravy 2 lbs or 1 kg
organic mushroom or vegetable stock Gravy 3/4 Gallon or 3 Liters
Lettuce Salad 1 head
Carrots Salad 4 large
Cucumbers Salad 1 large
Cheese (Cheddar, Parmasean, anything but Happy Cow or plasticy cheese!) Pasta / Salad 2-3 Blocks
Lemons Pasta / Popsicle 4-Mar
Tomatoes Pasta / Salad 1 dozen
Broccoli Pasta / Salad 2 heads
Any assortment of spaghetti Pasta
pinenuts Pasta / Salad 1 bag
Coconut milk Fruit Salad 4 cans
apples Fruit Platter / Fruit Salad 1 dozen
oranges Fruit Salad half a dozen
kiwi Fruit Salad 1 dozen
cantaloupe, honey melon Fruit Salad 2
